Upsilon Dynamics makes every possible effort to ensure that Vantage Time Clock
will run smoothly on every PC configuration; but we cannot guarantee that this will
always be the case. If you find you are having problems, please first refer to our
Online Help section in the menu above; you may also be able to visit the customer
forums to view common problems and answers. The online video tutorials and guides
will also contain a wealth of information.
Support Packages
Upsilon Dynamics provides support for Vantage Time Clock. Every purchase
of Vantage Time Clock provides 1 year of priority email response support along with the yearly license.
All purchases include access to the customer forums, online help section, video tutorials,
and online guides. Additional support after one year can be purchased on a per year basis,
please contact Upsilon Dynamics Sales for more
information on purchasing additional support.

Immediate email support is provided. We will look at all incoming emails and respond as timely as possible. Usually

Automatic Updates
Every 3 months a new major server update is released for Vantage Time Clock. This may include fixes to issues or
adding new features. Client updates are done automatically through the web and are done regularely when vital or
critical bugs or issues are found.
