30 Day Money Back Guarantee

  An unconditional 30-day money back guarantee is granted with every purchase of Vantage Time Clock. If you decide that Vantage Time Clock isn't for you, we will gladly refund your money without any hassles. All serial numbers, copies of the server, documentation, images, printouts and any other information generated within the system must be destroyed and/or returned to Upsilon Dynamics (S&H will not be provided).

90 Day Refund Policy

  Upsilon Dynamics will refund any purchase if the purchase was made within 90 days of the refund request. Refunds are only applicable on the basis of:

• Inability for the system to work effectively with your systems after a reasonable effort has been made with our support department to rectify the problem
• The system is proven to be in-efficient or completely unable to meet the needs of the customer;only after requests for bug fixes, feature requests or any customization or after every imaginable attempt has been made to rectify the problem have failed.
