Security

• Employees all have assigned PIN numbers to them that secures the way they clock in and out of the system. The PIN is also used when employees enter the messaging system.


• Biometric Fingerprint Support; using DigitalPersona biometric fingerprint scanners the system can associate employee profiles to their finger prints. When punching in or out, the system can verify their finger print to eliminate buddy punching.


• Restricted access to various user types in the system. Pass code entry required for multiple features across the application.


• Security groups with highly configurable permissions; create/modify groups and customize with upwards of 40+ specific permissions to control access to your system. (View/Modify/Access)


• Associate photo identification with employees. Photos can be taken directly using an attached webcam or the user can select an existing image.


• Integrated security monitoring system. Security personnel or administrators can view live image streams taken from each terminal with an attached webcam.


• Snap images when employees clock in and out of the system; the system will automatically stamp the image with the date and time. Put an end to employees punching eachother in and out.


• All network transmission of data can be securely encrypted and compressed; meaning your data is secure even when in transit.


• Time is always polled from the server which can optionally be configured to use an NTS Internet Time Server. Employees can not tamper with the terminal clock to affect clock in and out times.
