Communication

• Built in messaging system provides every employee with their own mailbox. Employees can send and receive messages from eachother in the system. Messages can be printed, flagged, replied to and forwarded to multiple recipients.


• New mail notification, when a user enters their ID code in the login terminal; they can be notified that they have new mail or navigate directly to their inbox.


• When a user has new mail, a mail icon will display on the login terminal when they enter their employee ID code.


• Public messaging system; administrators can define a public message that is displayed on the login terminal.


• Built in broadcast system; broadcast images, audio and video across the network. Record an announcment message and broadcast it to all the other terminals. The system can function as a PA system for important announcements.
